Mr. S. Tadros brings 30 years of international experience in top organizations, and more than 20 years in senior management positions across GCC & MENA region.

Mr. Tadros started his career with MNC (Kodak), then joined banking career with a leading investment bank in Egypt (MIDB), where in a variety of progressively senior operational roles during his ten year tenure, he was actively involved in many projects with regional teams from the World Bank, IMF, and US AID. He also served as a strategic coordinator for the US Investment Pro office.

Prior to his engagement in the consultancy (trouble shooting expertise & performance optimization), learning and development field, Mr. Tadros had over 20 years of senior management engagements in the GCC banking industry… Back in 1991, he started a successful career with Mashreq Bank of over 17 years, where he undertook a variety of line and policy assignments. In the late nineties, he took over the responsibility of heading the Retail Assets for Mashreqbank and Osool Finance with a diversified and complex portfolio that he took to be the leading number one position in market share and penetration. He then moved to Head the International Business Development, where he managed the Bank’s expansion in Egypt, Bahrain and Qatar… Mr. Tadros last assignment with Mashreq was in Qatar where he was heading the country consumer banking business. During this period, Mr. Tadros was also very closely involved in the various initiatives of moving to the earlier and latest Mashreqbank identity, and their change management processes.

In 2007, he moved back to UAE, as a senior vice president with Union National Bank, where he led the team responsible for redesigning the retail business development front, with its risk and credit initiation function within consumer, mortgage and SME lines, for both the conventional and Islamic arms of the group. His last assignment in banking was a Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Corporate Affairs, at Ajman Bank, where he played a key role in the pre-launch & post launch phase of the bank, and was an integral part of the team that set up the business strategy and the corporate governance policies for the new bank. He was also secretary of the Strategy and Planning Committee of the Bank, as well as a member of ALCO and HR committees.

During his career, Mr. Tadros has worked proactively and coordinated closely with top world class consultants/vendors, applying 'best practices', involving state-of-the-art management practices in areas such as; corporate governance, process re-engineering, change management, strategic market management, Branding & corporate identity / brand architecture, Performance management, transforming to mange through Economic Capital, moving from Volume to Value paradigm, acquisition & database management, portfolio management & modeling, etc. These experts include; McKinsey, J P Morgan, First Manhattan (FMCG), Fair Isaac, Boston consulting group, Oliver Waymen, Ernst&Young, Action systems, Speer and Associates, Walker Group/CNI world bank, IMF, and USAID and many more. 
Mr. Tadros holds a masters degree in strategic business development management from Lincoln Institute of Management – Lincoln University (UK), and a post graduate diploma from (and is a member of) the Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), and later became a Chartered Marketer. Mr. Tadros is a certified consumer banking professional and graduate of the Consumer Banking School of the Bank Administration Institute of USA. Of late, he became an active member of the Corporate Governance institute (Hawkama) of the DIFC – UAE, certified corporate governance and board leadership expert, certified by The Global Corporate Governance Forum and International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group. Mr. Tadros is also an External Subject Matter Expert with the Banker’s Academy (NY-USA).

Attended, participated, presented and directed various specialized international workshops in several international seminars / conferences, forums and 'round table' professional debates, in many top cities in the world, on advanced business-related areas, which have enriched his technical knowledge, management approach to the business and his change management capabilities and organizational performance insights and skills.
